Our Team

Croí is a registered Irish health charity founded in 1985 dedicated to preventing disease and saving lives from heart disease and stroke. Based at the Croí Heart & Stroke Centre in Galway, the organisation supports patients and families through specialized rehabilitation, community education, CPR training, and its free Croí Connects nurse-led helpline.

Trinity supports Croí through face-to-face fundraising, helping raise awareness of its work and build a community of committed regular supporters. Our teams create meaningful conversations with the public, generating sustainable funding to support the Foundation’s work around cardiovascular disease.
